TOSOT Philippines Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives (2018–2025)
TOSOT Philippines continues to demonstrate its unwavering commitment to community development, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility through a series of impactful initiatives from 2018 to 2025. These programs reflect the company’s dedication to creating meaningful change beyond business operations.

2018: Laying the Foundation for Community Care
In 2018, TOSOT Philippines initiated its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) journey with two key programs. The company launched its first Bloodletting Project in partnership with the Philippine National Red Cross – Pasay Branch on February 22, supporting national blood supply efforts and promoting health awareness among employees and the community.

Further strengthening its social outreach, TOSOT collaborated with Virlanie Foundation, Inc. on October 6 to provide assistance to underprivileged street children, reinforcing its mission to uplift vulnerable sectors of society.

2019: Expanding Health and Social Support Programs
Building on its initial efforts, TOSOT conducted its second Bloodletting Project on May 31, encouraging greater employee participation and community involvement.

On October 19, the company extended its CSR initiatives to elderly care by partnering with San Lorenzo Ruiz Home for the Elderly, providing support and companionship to senior citizens, emphasizing compassion and inclusivity across generations.

2022: Investing in Education and Future Generations
In 2022, TOSOT launched its Educational Assistance and Academic Incentive Program, an ongoing initiative designed to support the children of employees. This program promotes academic excellence while fostering long-term family welfare, highlighting the company’s investment in education as a cornerstone of sustainable growth.

2023: Strengthening Partnerships and Community Outreach
TOSOT sustained its health advocacy through its third Bloodletting Project on September 13, once again in collaboration with the Philippine National Red Cross.

On September 23, the company expanded its outreach efforts by partnering with SPECS Foundation, Inc., continuing its mission to support street children through meaningful community engagement.

2024: Continuing Commitment to Public Health
The fourth Bloodletting Project, held on September 13, 2024, underscored TOSOT’s long-standing dedication to public health. The initiative has become a signature CSR activity, consistently contributing to national healthcare efforts.

In the same year, the company expanded its CSR focus to environmental sustainability through a Tree Planting Initiative, led by the Marketing Department. This program highlights TOSOT’s commitment to ecological responsibility and climate action, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.

2025: Advancing Health and Environmental Sustainability
In 2025, TOSOT marked another milestone with its fifth Bloodletting Project on August 29, maintaining its strong partnership with the Philippine National Red Cross.

2026: Investing in Education and Community Development
In 2026, TOSOT Philippines marked its 10th anniversary by launching a meaningful CSR initiative focused on education. In partnership with World Vision, the company sponsored ten senior high school students from BASECO, Manila—providing them with the opportunity to continue their education despite financial challenges.

This initiative reflects TOSOT’s continued commitment to community development, empowering young individuals to pursue better futures while helping break the cycle of poverty through access to education.
A Continuing Commitment
Through these initiatives, TOSOT Philippines demonstrates a holistic approach to corporate responsibility—supporting health, education, social welfare, and environmental sustainability. As the company moves forward, it remains dedicated to creating lasting positive impact in the communities it serves.
